Assessment terms
What you are agreeing to.
The Assessment is a one-time business to business purchase of a digital product made to order. By purchasing you confirm you are buying for the purposes of a trade, business or profession, so consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply.
We deliver within 48 hours of a completed intake. If we miss that window, the Assessment is supplied at no charge.
If the Seller scripts do not reflect your own writing, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send one email you have written. We will rebuild all five scripts once, within three working days. The rebuild is included in the fee.
If a partnership begins within 30 days of delivery, the Assessment fee is credited against your first month. After 30 days the credit no longer applies.
The five company websites you give us at checkout are used only to produce your Assessment. We delete them 90 days after delivery, or 90 days after payment if we have not delivered.
One company plus one named buyer counts as one pack. A second stakeholder at the same company is a second credit.
The Assessment is otherwise non-refundable once production has begun. Our full terms apply.
