The Sample Pack is a one-time business to business purchase of a digital product made to order. By purchasing you confirm you are buying for the purposes of a trade, business or profession, so consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply.
We deliver within 48 hours of a completed intake. If we miss that window, the pack is supplied at no charge.
If the Seller Lens scripts do not reflect your own writing, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send one email you have written. We will rebuild all three scripts once, within three working days, at no charge.
The Sample Pack is otherwise non-refundable once production has begun. Our full terms apply.
