1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services
My Buvo provides AI workflow design and implementation services for UK SMEs, including:
- Strategy Hour consultations
- Pilot workflow implementations
- Custom workflow design and development
- Integration with existing business systems
- Staff training and handover documentation
- Ongoing support (as specified in service packages)
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use our services in any way that violates UK or international law
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of our clients
- Use our services to create workflows that process illegal content or facilitate illegal activities
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our proprietary tools
- Resell or redistribute our services without explicit written permission
- Use our services in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems
4. Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Strategy Hour consultations are refunded in full if you purchase a Pilot or custom workflow within 30 days
- Pilot and custom workflow payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except under our results guarantee (see section 5)
- Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate
5. Delivery & Results Guarantee
Our Commitment: We guarantee measurable results from our workflows. If you don't see tangible time savings or process improvements within 60 days of implementation, you don't pay for the implementation work (Strategy Hour fee remains non-refundable).
Typical Delivery: Most Pilots are delivered within days to weeks, not months. Custom workflows are delivered according to agreed timelines.
Client Responsibilities: Results depend on your team's adoption and proper use of the workflows. You agree to:
- Provide timely access to necessary systems and information
- Participate in scheduled training sessions
- Provide feedback during the implementation process
- Follow documented best practices for workflow usage
6. Disclaimers
ROI Estimates: Any ROI calculations, time savings estimates, or other projections provided through our tools (ROI Calculator, Automation Readiness Assessment) or during consultations are indicative only. Actual results will vary based on your specific circumstances, adoption rate, and existing processes.
Third-Party Services: Our workflows often integrate with third-party services (e.g., AI APIs, CRMs, communication platforms). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or discontinuation of these services, though we will work with you to find alternatives if needed.
No Warranties: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except those expressly stated in these terms or required by UK law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for those specific services
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Important: Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
8. Intellectual Property
- Your IP: You retain all rights to your business data and processes
- Our IP: We retain all rights to our proprietary tools, methodologies, and templates
- Workflows: Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the workflows we create for you. You may not resell or redistribute these workflows
- Anonymised Learning: We may use anonymised insights from projects to improve our services and create general resources (e.g., blog posts, case studies)
9. Data & Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Key principles:
- We access your business systems only with explicit consent and least-privilege access
- We do not store sensitive client data longer than necessary for project delivery
- All team members are bound by confidentiality agreements
- We maintain appropriate security measures to protect your data
10. Support & Maintenance
- Support periods are included as specified in each service package (typically 1-3 months for Pilots)
- Support includes: answering questions, fixing bugs, and minor adjustments to workflows
- Support does not include: new feature development, major redesigns, or issues caused by third-party service changes
- After the support period, ongoing maintenance is available on a time-and-materials basis
11. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:
- You remain liable for payment for work completed up to the termination date
- We will provide handover documentation for any workflows already implemented
- Any prepaid fees for future work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis
We may terminate immediately without notice if you breach these terms, particularly regarding acceptable use or payment obligations.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues for 2 years after the end of our business relationship.
Exceptions: Information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
13. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, or failure of third-party services.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Buvo Ltd regarding our services.
