How does the 50% set‑up fee protection work?

You pay 50% to start. The final 50% is only due once the Result is achieved and accepted. If the Result is not met within 30 days, we remediate for up to 14 calendar days. If it still isn't met, the final 50% is waived. The initial 50% covers discovery, build, and QA and isn't refundable.

Strategy Hour: £120 on booking, credited against set‑up if you order within 14 days. Project start: 50% of set‑up on order signature and access provided. Acceptance: Final 50% on Result achieved and accepted - waived if Result not met. Monthly support: Invoiced in advance from acceptance, then monthly. 30‑day cancellation, no long‑term tie‑in. All prices include UK VAT. Direct debit preferred for monthly support.
